It was a basic example of how wording can be misleading, not a statement of fact of what BIEL is or isn't doing.

And just for the record, the example of sending only two items to a store isn't unheard of, even for larger established companies. This can be due to a variety of reasons, such as lack of physical resources for manufacturing said item, lack of overall manufacturing ability, and/or lack of finances for funding the manufacturing process. All of these can apply to a company like BIEL which isn't exactly rolling in free-flowing cash.
