Schlumpy, It is good that ViaDerma, Inc. submitted the 10-Q report but it is not something to be proud of. It is the story of VDRM's past. It was just a necessary SEC function. Now, ViaDerma, Inc. must publish VDRM's plans for the future. What is VDRM doing to improve the company's future?
