It is what it is and like you said, POR 7 dictated that WMI would be liquidated and gone.

But for the sake of discussion, why didn't the FDIC let WMI survived but has to liquidate everything like they want to kill WAMU for good?

Anyway, it is what it is and we should not start the subject that will never happen because it is ruled by the court and not like some people want to believe, a court ruling is final unless it is appealed to a higher court which didn't happen.

My question to you is that in your previous post, the words "reorganized debtor" are mentioned? Why is that? Reorganized debtor means WMIH if I understand correctly.

In a different subject, in the news, the summit with N. Korea is canceled and parts of Dodd Frank regulations are eliminated.
