Just found the record again, which did not come up in my last attempt because I had overlooked a "Recruiting" flag in my search.

Australian Clinical Trials

There are 4 choices of "Trial Focus": Treatment, Prevention, Diagnosis and Educational. So I believe Treatment would have been the designation all the way through.
