Don't confuse quantify with monetize, as they have very different meanings. Using your example, Facebook had users over that 7 year period and those users multiplied... exponentially.
At the present, there are no verifiable user counts for FUSZ, just press releases about partnerships and "Great Things Will Happen" tweets.
