Yes, I agree, I suppose what I meant is specific news on trials,sales,partnerships,etc. I believe you are correct....the SEC investigation argument is silly. For all the reasons you have stated but even bigger picture these things almost never affect the company. Look for example Wells Fargo...they were charged with falsifying customers accounts, tens of thousands of them. The stock price at the time was 44.00
What happened to them? A fine,an apology and now the PPS is 55.00!!!!!!!
And we are confident that OWCP did nothing wrong so this is a non-event.

I suggest you read the listing requirements for Nasdaq - uplisting to a exchange is just as ridiculous as the Teva buying the non-existent OWCP patents.

As much denial as there is by those that got caught chasing and are underwater - OWCP is being investigated by the SEC.

From the 10-K:

"We may expend a substantial amount of time and resources in connection with SEC or stockholder-related inquiries or legal actions related to an ongoing investigation by the SEC"

Shareholders need to call the SEC and OWCP and inform them there isn't a SEC investigation. LMAO!
