Yes, I agree, I suppose what I meant is specific news on trials,sales,partnerships,etc. I believe you are correct....the SEC investigation argument is silly. For all the reasons you have stated but even bigger picture these things almost never affect the company. Look for example Wells Fargo...they were charged with falsifying customers accounts, tens of thousands of them. The stock price at the time was 44.00
What happened to them? A fine,an apology and now the PPS is 55.00!!!!!!!
And we are confident that OWCP did nothing wrong so this is a non-event.
