Anyone with EXPERIENCE knows that none of that matters when it comes to making money with penny stocks. They ALL have negatives, dilution, etc, but i see them run all the time, when the TIMING is right.... Some of the biggest runners are the dirtiest stocks. Far dirtier than anything i see here.
