I Wasn't Able to communicate with him, and no emails returned at all. Many others have experienced the same. You'd be the first person who has allegedly spoken with him.

As to "going forward" proof is in the pudding, if you know what I mean.

There has been little communication, and little substance.

I know if I were running the company, I would put out transparent press releases on a regular basis; and more importantly, execute on those forward looking statements.

So, when the latest PR says "getting ready for NASDAQ uplist"; which again, was recycled from 1.5 years ago - it's hard to believe OMHE is going to change their stripes. It's the same ol' bait and no execute MO that has been exhibited for the past 1.5 years.

Again $0 revenues from AmeriMark and MediCann. That says a lot right there.
