You're confusing the medical and recreational MJ sectors. Recreational users, the vast majority of those visiting Las Vegas or California and trying to find a dispensary, aren't going to be looking to smoke hemp or simply buy CBD oil. The majority of CBD oil in this country is already being produced from hemp. This will just increase the supply and open the market for additional uses for hemp products such as building materials and cosmetics.
