That convertible debt guy continues to make lots of money on this stock. Keeps giving the company the same money and tripling his investment by selling the shares at the current price with a $0.025 cost. Costing the company lots of dilution. He alone is keeping this stock at current levels. It wants to break out, but not with this person keeping it down.

The potential orders and cash flow should hopefully stop this cycle. Or if they get that non-dilutive financing they have been talking about, then it will bring a halt to this right away. Non-dilutive financing and more orders should lead to an increase right away. Only thing that would stop this then would be lack of execution.
