maybe, if one is shorting $ITKH. butt for the rest of us - if $ITKH is able to renegotiate the Big Rhino purchase price with TCA- that number will get adjusted down- and that will be nice. currently the amount initially agreed upon between TCA and $ITKH is going on the books as an expense, however no payment is being made to TCA while $ITKH tries to renegotiate the selling price lower.
