Maybe you should read Blinks website. You have already been told Charge Point does not own all the units that they serve. Blink owns every unit in their network. Chargepoint takes credit for Tesla units.
I wouldn't be surprised if Tesla and BLNK do some type of joint venture, especially because of the fact that BLNK is public.
I hope at some point soon BLNK publishes the number of users on its network, I heard numbers that are thrown around that were pretty impressive but at some point that would be an interesting bit of info to potential investors.
