Not true. They are now set for June 11 for a hearing before a judge. However, they will have a pre-hearing teleconference before the hearing. I personally believe that if they have updated their address and filed all financials the prosecuting attorneys have the ability to recommend a stay of proceedings to the judge. One less case he needs to hear.

"IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties confer and notify the presiding judge of a suggested date and time for a prehearing conference which will be conducted telephonically unless the parties prefer otherwise."

I have now been in contact with the sec twice since the initial filing. This is how I took the explanation to me.
