375.141M-0.0001 x 601K-0.0002 now. The next ask is 43.674M-0.0003.

Very soon VGTL will bounce back to 0.0007 again based on its past bouncing pattern since the OS is still small --- about 500M shares!

In fact it is extremely hard to find a OTC stock with such low OS but trading at 0.0001!
