Yup, just wait for Rory to address it, and your correct, if legal counsel deems it frivolous it does not have to be reported, because too many organized shorts try to bring lawsuits with no merit simply to effect the stock price.... Rory will address it

I'll wait for clarification from a better source myself. I guess we shall see. Last suit proved to be BS, and I'm not so sure nFusz doesn't have legal rights themselves which could delay having to report anything. I'll reserve those questions for people who know the answers.

I will say this....since it's beyond obvious, I agree with you Grejust in entirety. Rory is an Attorney, and would not be proceeding along for the last 3 weeks if this had merit, required filing or was going to be a hindrance to his ongoing plan. They do now appear 'a sue happy' bunch.... and hey maybe this is another 'Mickey Mouse' tool to cover. I understand another 'MAJOR' shareholder was called today requesting to loan out shares. So there apparently is still a short and naked short issue. When I said before they threw everything 'including the kitchen sink' at FUSZ...they still are.
