looks like someone with a fat finger to me. It happens. What makes me think so is that it wasn't followed by any type of rush to "avoid the crash" nonsense. Still could test that level if the Q isn't out today (at least after the bell) or tomorrow. I never trust - not to demean anyone - supposed emails from CEO's...esp. on the OTC.
