I think what he said was that it's hard to sell assets in a joint venture. Like HU or HSA. And it's not the right time either. He is right about that too.

I think it is a positive that he didn't mention dividends or buybacks. It would be very easy for him to give you more BS if they have nothing planned. But very hard to tell you anything if they do have something material. I guess we will find out soon.
