I pointed that out to him and asked him why not selling noncore assets, he came back commenting on some joint venture stuff ( not sure why he said that) and it is not good timing selling noncore assets.

at the moment when he mentioned joint venture, my interpretation was the $20 million RD mentioned went to the trading company of TRW. but that was my guess.
