A lot, not all, of that list is incorrect as little research is put into those search results. Not sure many of those Subs still even exist as ongoing entities.
In terms of asset value, if the merger occurs, KKR, Fortress and other large holders of WMIH/NSM shares will own the majority of those assets value, even though they never released and just simply bought/received shares (except for KKR's $600M).
IMO, look to the POR to determine exactly what WMIH received from the WMI estate, which was the equity interests in WMIIC and WMMRC in addition to the NOLS. I do not believe most of these subs are actually owned by WMIH.
