You are probably correct, and it is something I have brought up before - just how much does MarMar owe Mexus?

And will Mexus disclose what that amount is? And why haven't they done so already? It might prove to be very extremely interesting to see just how much of investors' money got secretly sent to subsidize MarMar.

You can bet there is, or will be, court action. But I suspect that MarMar doesn't have two pesos to rub together, and will never pay anything back to Mexus (and their investors). Money down a rat hole, just like at San Felix. IMO, PT should stick to building mobile home parks.

Ah yes, litigation...the only process slower and even less certain than MXSG mining results. In which country would legal action would take place ? Attempting to extract money from MarMar would, I think, be more difficult than producing gold from the barren MXSG holdings.
