Investors shouldn't be happy that their money has gone to pay off notes held by Mexus family members, notes held by toxic lenders, incompetent JV partners, and now......attorneys?

Attempting to extract money from MarMar would, I think, be more difficult than producing gold from the barren MXSG holdings.

More than likely that is spot on. Can't extract blood from a turnip either.....
