Hospital Exemption... though useless, was a big deal. I doubt they’d have awarded that if they had not reviews and looked at consistency if manufacturing, and I doubt they’d make it an issue after awarding it, without some large reason. As here, companies have procedural rights, under law. If there was a halt, it would not be for reasons like that which might be perceived as vague yet highly specific, and it would be a very good sign that I’m sure we would know about if they never revoked the hospital exemption, yet halted because of a manufacturing problem. Just does not add up.
