If we knew for example that ITT SOC mOS was 19 and the blended mOS was 25 the mOS should gain roughly 1/2 of the difference between blended mOS and SOC mOS; so the ITT dcvax group mOS would be about 28 given that the other 2 mOS datapoints were 19 and 25. Because the SOC cohort is 1/3 of the total it draws the blended mean down by 1/3 of the difference between it and the treatment cohort which is weighted twice as much because it's 2/3 of the patients. It all depends on how much lower than the blended mean the SOC mOS is. If we know or can estimate the SOC mOS and we know the blended mOS we can get a good estimate of the DCVax mOS. If blended mOS was 23 and we estimate SOC mOS is 19, the mOS for DCVax is going to be about 25, etc.
