Yes, there is plenty of pipeline capacity to carry the oil to where there is better demand and logistics to refine the oil with better margins

Pipelines won't carry all the oil, and the ones you speak of won't be running for a while yet.

So who will be in production first??? MMEX with a Phantom Oil Refinery or the numerous pipelines under construction now from the Permian basin to the Texas gulf coast??
