I’m not debating the aggravation over this delayed audit, it frustrates me as well... i’m just not naive enough to see this as the demise of the entire company, as some are insinuating.
Seriously, the majority of pink stocks go through uplisting delays and they have nothing to audit. It sucks, but it is what it is... these delays are not specific to AMFE, its COMMON. These auditors become accountable to the government/SEC, so they are extremely nitpicky when dealing with pink stocks
When the timing is right, we’re all going to make money holding this stock imo... Everybody knows this, no matter if they’re honest about it or not
