The waiver would be part of a NDA, you will not receive a heads up.

Interesting!!

If any of these products reach NA or EU soil, does this not correlate with the eontec contract?

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1141240/000143774916027548/ex10-2.htm

I mean why have a contract which states, we would see revenues if these products hit our patented soil?

Where is CE and luxury (watches/Jewlery)?

https://www.liquidmetal.com/info-center/

Both swatch and Apple are not there...? But they are part of our commercialization process which is hush hush!?

Why does everything seem so distorted in the US? Maybe we don’t see a cent off these products so they can’t announce they are using lm...but what is Apple doing so we get paid?, it just doesn’t make sense, confusion is what it is! Apple tends to do this when launching products...will June 4th become a historical point for lqmt or will it fizzle and open up more questions!?

I know I will be opening my mail app on my phone if I do not see any progress come 2Q earnings....!

Very frustrating.....according to the article, China will be making liquidmetal mid frames for phones fast an furiously( NO REVENUE FOR LQMT). As we all no...if APPL decides to make phone from liquidmetal they are free and clear to do so (NO REVENUE FOR LQMT). Also in the article it mentions they have no desire to get into medical because revenue rampup would be too slow and tedious...they referenced a Ferrari stuck in the mud trying to race to describe persuing medical parts with liquidmetal (NOT ALOT OF REVENUE FOR LQMT)....Hey isnt medical parts the grand savior that was left for us???
This brings me right back to the fears I've had of Li coming to the USA to make the deal he made with LQMT to take all of our patents back to China knowing he would officially strike a deal with China government to mass produce liquidmetal cell phones and make billions. 64 million is small potatoes compared to the revenue that will be created by the cell phone industry for Eontec and China.

In the begining people on this board were confused, wondering how Li could get approval to get 64 million dollars out of China without the Chinese government blocking it....that amount of money?!.....almost unheard of. I guess if the Chinese government was part of the plan to become part future owners of patents recieved by Li and Eontech that of course they would help make Li's investment happen.

Most of us here believe what has happenned was planned out for quite a while. The unknown part of the plan is the TRUE intent from the powers that be are for LQMT.

1. Is it to create large revenue streams by pushing mass production of LQMT parts?

2. Or is it to slowly produce some prototype parts, give limited information sparatically to the investers that they still have on the hook while China quietly uses the patents they took from us to make a mint for China and China alone.

To tell the truth....I don't know what the hell is going on! But I believe we have a 50/50 chance we could be getting screwed fight now.

Wow, that's alot of creative spin from an article that spoke nothing about revenues.

If li didn’t get Apple to sign the waiver to let eontec use CE IP, would this be the reason he bought up lqmt?

The answer to this question is obviously no! Apple did sign the waiver otherwise they could have just purchased lqmt with the ROFR in effect.
