If the AMFE Audit footnotes are so complex and CEO Roger hired a special squad (top notch group) to write the footnotes, assured CEO Roger they would be completed in two days on a "completed" audit, and several weeks later still no publicly posted AMFE Audit? Mind you this is after 10 months of weekly meetings with Auditors and many missed announced deadlines. To say this has been outrageous is understating the incompetence of CEO Roger, AMFE's Accountants, the Auditors, and the Squad.

AMFE's Financials must be so messed up even all these highly paid audit experts cannot fix AMFE's Audit to get it signed off on and publicly posted for shareholders to review.
