Ellington, did I say to vote "yes" in any of my posts? You are starting to sound like ByloCellhi. Sounds like you got burned real bad in the past and this is your way of venting:
"It seems to me that managers of small companies are getting away with activity that is criminal even if it is not punished as such. Fiduciary responsibility is not always fulfilled, and the judicial system is not responding, which means that shareholder control is even more important than if (a) integrity was commonplace and (b) the judicial system punished evil-doers instead of rewarding lawyers."
I will agree with this part: "shareholder control is even more important" which, IMHO, strongly confirms my feeling that we shouldn't throw our votes away by lumping them in with anyone.
Oh, and btw, creating fantasy quotes is in very bad taste. It confuses newbies into thinking someone said something they didn't. To show you the proper use of quotation marks I'll leave you with another interesting quote. In case you don't recognize it, its yours.
"KJ is a good guy, but was not realistic. Perhaps as an investors-hub buddy, he would add the insight of a chastened man. Ferris, however, might be someone extraordinary; I met him once for a few moments and came away impressed with his intelligence and with how comfortable he was in his own skin. i really felt that i had not met someone like him for quite a while. if you are someone who buys stock for management and are willing to take a risk on a young guy, you could do worse than buy into Virtra at less than 6 cents.
Another reason to buy (i believe) is that with the merger, a shareholder will take the company out of its relationship with Duchess."
