#9181 RE: TrackDude #9175

Let's just take a step back and apply a bit of cold hard logic to our current situation.

1.) The CEO would have to be completely insane to make fraudulent statememts in writing. Nobody in that position is dumb enough to put that in writing.

2.) if a company wins a major lawsuit, it is in their best interest to release a PR. there is no reason not to. even if it was a pnd.

3.) if this was a PnD press releases would come hard and fast as to pump the stock as much as possible.

4.) The CEO has taken his time with the release. when taken in conjunction with the previous statements we can infer that he is actually working on something of substance, and that this is not a PND

5.) with the float locked down (just look at the distribution of trading volume if you want proof it still is) news will blow us up to a very high PPS.

6.) until news happens, or brkk gains more exposure we will trade in a wide channel due to low floats moving on low volume, and flippers continuously selling back and forth.

Although the late PR is irritating, all the pieces are still in place. Legal proceedings take time, and if further legal action is planned, I promise that BRK's outside counsel will have advised them to keep things quiet until they have made their move.

As hard as it is to watch PPS fluctuate, we miust take the emotion out of our decisions, steady our hands, and enjoy the ride.
