There is no longer a market for trading SPCL. Coming off suspension there will not be a public bid or ask available.
SPCL only has a 1 in 10,000 chance of recovering from the suspension and eventual revocation. It wont happen!
I heard the fat lady sing and its over for SPCL.
The SEC seems to be on a of bit of a suspension rampage this month. At least 20 tickers suspended already this month of May and there are still 13 days left in the month.

that is completely incorrect. a suspension is not some type of deadline. trading will resume on the grey market on 6/1/18.
