I find the idea that you're going to be able to just buy this stock at $3 if we get positive news rather amusing.

The folks who attended the ASM this week (no clue how many were there) represented 70% of the outstanding shares.

Those folks aren't selling if we get positive news.

You put out a press release announcing a partnership with <literally any other company> and you will not be able to purchase shares anywhere near $3.
