Look if Tim wants to really make this a large successful company he needs everyone associated with it acting in unison. They need to get off of the otc and get onto the nasdaq. In order to do that they need to be fully compliant with nasdaq. Fully reporting company, hitting goals on time, booking orders, new board members, etc. Clean up the balance sheet and get a reverse split done.
