MJVP: How can a 300k float stock have good volume? There are not many shares to trade at this level because they wiped existing shareholders out last year with 1 for 100 reverse split.
The question is, if there is dilution planned like in PNTV why was a 1 for 100 reverse split necessary last year. MJVP had only a 30m float.
Possible there will be a forward split and then buying at this level would make sense because with 1 for 100 forward split float would be back at 30m, pps would be .01-.012 and with 30m float post split compared to PNTV it would be a very good buy.
Filings are planned and will hit soon, so stop sign is meaningless at this point.
