Whether or not "that Utopia" is a subsidiary or not, Andiamo has changed its name to Utopya Worldwide Holdings, END OF STORY.

I do understand what you are getting at, however ANDI the corporation can change its name to Utopya the subsidiary.
Now ANDI has put out confusing information about Utopya
In this press release they state

A reverse Merger is
The acquisition of a public company by a private company, allowing the private company to bypass the usually lengthy and complex process of going public.

Then after the press release of the reverse merger ANDI starts referring to Utopya as a wholly owned subsidiary

So which is it ??
Did Utopya buy Andi ?
or
Is Utopya just a wholly owned subsidiary ?

The press releases provide no clarity on that

If indeed a reverse merger then Utopya could change the name
If just a sub they cant but the Company could still change its name to the Subs name

So we have Utopya DBA ANDI :)
