The FDA needs to explain why the Allay product, particularly, is not already cleared for OTC. It makes no sense! Menstrual period pain is a bane for a lot of women everywhere, for ever! Considering an effective, noninvasive, do-no-harm product like Actipatch, it should have been embraced and shepherded into pain suffers' accessibility by the FDA long ago. But I think we all know what the score was in the past. So let's hope the FDA has come to its senses and will do the right thing soon. Ya know, if the FDA introduces more excuses in order to deny BIEL wide range clearance for its product, then maybe BIEL should consider suing them. The FDA can be sued, right? So, at least BIEL would get some national exposure, and maybe, just maybe, a little bit of justice.
