Too bad the CEO of Star Scientific took some short cuts to success. It didn't help the company. A familiar name gave his usual slanted 2 cents -

"The Street’s Adam Feuerstein charged that Star Scientific had inappropriately promoted their human trial as being associated with Hopkins. Feuerstein wrote a scorching review of that episode last January. A lawsuit has been filed alleging wrongdoing by Star Scientific; the company denies any wrongdoing."

Thanks... that's where I found it too. Thought I'd give it a try for lower back ache/stiffness instead of daily Aleve.

It's a bit concerning why it's no longer available in the states.
