treden...agree w/your sentiment and w/your thoughts on how the FDA-BP system works. Not sure how it explains the cost/average age @death curve.
I have close relatives who are very familiar w/the cycles in DC and w/personalities. Let's just say the original design plan was for these people to go to DC for a couple of cycles and then go back to the farm. But, now when they get to DC they quickly learn it is the BEST GIG around and they hang out for decades. All of them seem to acquire great wealth somehow in the process. Beyond just good luck many have attributed their genius for wealth to getting and using good investment information.

I also see the president as you described him, he is kicking axx and they cannot stand it. Anyone who has ever worked for a living understands his actions pretty well. Let's hope he cleans the place out.

And, if might add two more cents to everything you opined which I agree with in total: please consider the superior yet subtle concept of including Real World Experience or Evidence to what we already have.

In my mind, this is where our drug compound becomes a thing of beauty. With precision medicine, the targeted genetic biomarkers, will enrich population enrollment of the trials to their MTR - maximum tolerated Robustness. This should and will be enough (along with our safety profile) to solidify our trial results as the Undisputed Champion of the Standard of Care for AD, PD, Rett Syn, and other CNS diseases which derive from mitochondrial dysfunction.

And when the patients, caregivers, and doctors start talking in the RWE interviews portion of the trial, in accordance with new Sensible guidances, it will be the tiny number in the upper right hand corner which makes things exponential. 2 will be 4, pancakes will come with free bacon, good times will all be on a rollover minutes plan, it will sound as if all of the greats: Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart, Bach...and so on, and on, were all playing simultaneously.
