I did not. He claims he is just a CPA hired to avoid and/or guide Neah through bankruptcy. I brought up the SEC filings and stock options he received as a board member as well as being a member of the “transition” company and he said that was all in the past. Again, he got upset when I implied he was being less than truthful with me about his status with Neah.
