Sorry, the trade cycle has been changed to the date the trade was executed plus 2 days to settle - it is called the T+2 Settlement Cycle.
If you worked at a brokerage you would have known that the trade cycle had been changed - BUSTED. LOLOL!!!
I worked in a brokerage...obviously you'd never pass your series 6 or 7 like I did

"Washington D.C., March 22, 2017 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today adopted an amendment to shorten by one business day the standard settlement cycle for most broker-dealer securities transactions. Currently, the standard settlement cycle for these transactions is three business days, known as T+3. The amended rule shortens the settlement cycle to two business days, T+2."
It has been over a year since the Trade cycle has been changed. SMH!
