My whole concern is if he doesn't reduce a/s then it's going to rape us. I have money ready to go in my account for buying this bad boy, but I'm not sure when is a good price point.

You don’t need to wait until Q2 filings to see how much dilution (if any) is going on.

Look at the SP volume. If you see more red / green than blue, then someone is selling.
Then look at the L2 to see which MMs are on the Bid / Ask. If it’s one or more of the known dilutiors, there you have it.

Note: some of the MMs can be sneaky. And will pass the trade as a buy (blue). These are also easy to spot, as heavy blue days with no noteable increase and the known MMs on the Ask are a clear sign.

Also keep an eye on short volume. Last time I looked at OMVS it was near zero, but always check it.
