He did RS not to destroy current holders, but we are casualties of his actions. I doubt he is very concerned about us. He said more than once that if we keep complaining about the stock price then we are flippers and he has no respect for us, he thinks that the stocks trading in dollars get a different kind of investors. He is not clueless, he pretends to be.
The only reason for this RS is to make shares more expensive so he can sell the new ones on the market not for pennies but for dollars. No other reason for this RS.

You will see what the OS will be after Q2, but even before that the daily volume of trading shares will tell us if the new shares are thrown in the market.
