Chart is steady...at this point it has formed a Spinning Top Candle which signals indecision...that candle needs to turn into a hammer by the days end and a close in the 0335 range so we can Break / Hold the 20ma at the 036 range...We have the 50/100/200 moving averages all clustered together for bottom support but the 50/100 need a green candle to cross the 200ma...for a strong move up...
