Amazing DD . Can you sticky the post . I like the part about the judges opinion . I doubt he is going to eat his own words out, I think he sticks to his word .

$280,000,000 Million and the Judge says "that's not excessive". Its a big deal when a Judge makes that statement. This tells me the defendants exposure is significantly more than the $280 mil they are demanding for settlement.

That figure is not written in stone yet. Sometimes the figure actually gets raised in the settlement conference. A case like this wouldn't surprise me.
