CMG is asking for $20 million in compensatory damages, wants three times that amount for the alleged racketeering scheme and ten times the amount as punishment to the defendants. That may sound excessive, but U.S. District Court Judge J. That may sound excessive, but U.S. District Court Judge J. Paul Oetken didn't think so:

So CMG is asking for $280,000,000 and the Judge doesn't think its excessive
