The UK bankruptcy is completely separate and different animal from LBHI. The court ruled on that early on. LBHI has an equity interest. Lehman UK was in much better financial condition than LBHI. I don't follow the Lehman UK BK. If you think something that is going on with the UK bk that will help the CTs get paid, would not be any different than saying Apple makes a lot of money, why are my CTs not being paid? When all the UK creditors are paid in full with principle and interest, then, and only then as equity will LBHI see a distribution. A distribution that will go to the Lehman estate and further distributed to creditors as outlined in the plan of liquidation.

Well I believe someone said that was not allowed. And The UK Judges still talking about it. IMO And last we checked(you guys) LBHI Had the controlling interest of the UK Sub. IMO So we're stalling ourselves. You LBHI tricksters have every base covered. LOL
