Hey Joe, tell me where I'm wrong on this...
the UK version of CTs, I think their called Ecaps? Well aren't those are being paid 100%?
And didn't UK admin say that LBHI needed to pay the CTs or issue NEW shares to CT holders? Not sure I got all that right, but pretty close. I recall LBHI didn't want to issue new shares...isn't that basically putting CTs in the OBS?
