the only reason LWLG is using a notorious toxic funder for its financing is because it has no other alternative and this underscores LWLG lack of business prospects for the future

This is an very old story you are telling over and over again!

The financing is a fact and the company is entitled to choose and they did!

Did you offer the company your view and better alternatives?? I am not sure but the answer in my opinion is NO.....
