I feel that the managers of these funds need to look into this case and touch base with ARRIS management about their plans. They should also be included in the list.

But if we go with above logic, then same will be true for all cable companies especially comcast. The list will become huge and this is probably what needs to be done here.

Any idea when UOIP will be releasing its financials ? UOIP needs to help the situation as well. May be Tony should call UOIP and Billy Carter and should do an article on them as well.
