This is interesting. It isn’t a patent though. Is it publicly available? It appears to be a confidential report dated 14 June 2012, concerning patent application WO 03/067777-A-1.

This relates to the patent that was granted and assigned ultimately to Vedanti Licensing Ltd, and was subject of a invalidation proceeding, now under apoeal. The appeal concerns the finding of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that many of the claims set out in the patent were unpatentable.
